Week 1 weigh in result


94.7 kg. I've lost 0.5 kg (1.1 pound) after one week of trying out a new lifestyle. 

Things didnt really go according to plan as some days my calorie consumption would go way past my daily limit. However, i have recently become interested in the Japanese diet and been drinking green tea every day. I've also cut down on the amount of meat and sweets I eat daily. As for exercise, i've continued with lifting weights every night for about 45 minutes. 

I'm going to continue doing all of this for a while. It seems to be working :)
